- advising on competition aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including merger control filings with the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic (the Slovak competition authority) and obtaining merger control clearances
- advising on competition aspects of commercial contracts, including distribution and franchise agreements, and other forms of business co-operation
- legal counselling on and assisting in applications for immunity under the leniency policy
- advising on competition compliance of undertakings with a dominant position in the Slovak Republic market
- advising on protection against unfair competition and unfair conduct of competitors
- performing internal reviews on compliance with Slovak and EU competition regulations
- representing clients before the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic and local courts in competition matters, including assistance during “dawn raids” carried out by the domestic or EU competition authorities
- advising on state aid issues
