Petra is a 2018 graduate from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava, where she achieved a doctorate in criminal law (PhD.) in 2021 with a dissertation focused on the electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. During her studies she participated in the ERASMUS+ program at Vienna University in Austria.
She was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association as an attorney in 2023. She has been working as an assistant professor at the Institute of IT and IP Law. Apart from Slovak, she is fluent in English and Czech language and can speak some French.
She is a member of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA), several research teams and active participant of national and international scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. Petra specializes in criminal law and information technology law.
